Let Haga get up to speed on the ducati..

Let's see how Spies manages to race in the WSBK crowd, i'm not knocking him, i think he's brilliant and i would really love to see a rookie go out and win the title in his first year..

Bet suzuki are kicking themselves for letting him go..

Don't get carried away boys, look at the times then think, 1) who never tops the practice times 2) who never wins Superpole 3) who can start on the 4th row and still lead into the first corner........ only one answer The Dogs not dismiss him :-o Spies will have a recurring vision in 2009 and that will be Haga's **** :)

Kawasaki is probably still struggling to sort our their divorce with PSG-1, you know, getting the trick parts back and so on... and also to make the 2009 machinery available to Paul Bird as the Italians are due to keep the 2008 bikes, as far as I understand. Thanks Thundercat for the "on the spot report". R1 sounds like a VFR to my ears, but I've not yet heard it with my own ears.

Two crashes for Haga already :) Noriyuki is already trying to make things harder for him. Impressive times for Aprilia and maybe even more for BMW. I can't remember a brand new player being so close of the leaders' pace so early. Aprilia have a lot of WSB and MotoGP data to help, BM not... but they have Corser!
