Oh gawd, is Spies becoming the Rossi fan boy type magnet of WSB?
Hope not - we definitely don't need that here.
Truth is, Nori wipped his ass. Twice.
Way to go Nori.

John Hopkins:

Race 1 - 11th
Race 2 - 12th

Not very good. I wonder how all those Hopper fans are thinking now. I like the guy, I just don't think he will be capable of a win or a podium in WSBK.

Just not good enough.

Speaking from an unbiased side of things, Hopkins just needs time on the bike. He had a 50 lap rain interrupted test at a small Spanish circuit that's all. He would have been learning the bike all weekend and perhaps his race setup used the tyre more than it will do when he gets used to it.

This was as dominant of a performance as any rider all season, yes including Spies at Qatar. Hope the Spies fan boys can at least give credit where credit is due.

Spies was saying after the race, there was no wheelie control on his bike, and from the looks of the race Sykes had the same problem, popping up little wheelies out of each corner. I dont think Spies could have won either way Nori was on it today.

And welcome to WSBK John Hopkins.
