And the Ben least That was tragic

In other news

Wr86 Did you notice Nori, Ben both Maxes and Leon NOT crashing out

Zostje What a shame the Bog-brush is not mentally strong enough to win eh

El Bigonio You sure that could not happen without Biaggi rear ending Nori and the Ben

Or put it another way

You wanna pontificate, thumb down sensible comments and generally grandstand folk will laugh and point when your **** shows :p

Spies had the race covered. Last lap was brilliant and had forced a gap. Looked like he ran out of fuel in the last corner.
Masterful ride by Fabrizio to hold Haga at bay.
Brilliant race.
Dorna - take note. This was terrific.

Such a shame for Spies. He was doing so well and had a great race. He seems to have such bad luck. Either finishes and wins or doesn't come anywhere.

What happened to Haslam??

Well done to Kiyo - got on the podium. Well deserved as he has done well all weekend.

Bring on race 2. :)

Nobody got robbed. This was probably a miscalculation in fuel mappings, which in racing can happen (Stoner / Capirex running out of fuel in the outlap back in '07 anyone?). It seems that the Yamaha was on the very limit, or over in this case. Ben still rode superb though, but these things can happen and are just part of racing.
