BMW is like Foggy Racing, but they don't have experience like Aprilia has now. Think that if MV Agusta and KTM also join WSBK, Agusta will be more like Aprilia and KTM RC8 will struggle for sure.

Foggy Racing? Hardly! FPR took so long to build the bike and race it byt the time it finally made it's debut it was already obselete!

Whilst the resutls thus far haven't been stellar. You have to remember that BMW as a company have won in EVERY discipline they've entered over the years. A podium in an unusual race isn't unlikely. A win may have to wait for a while though. How many new guys to WSBK have won in their first year? Against the sort of competition we have this year?

Good first season for this team but, they surely need to consider a complete rider line up change for 2010. Whilst Troy I'm sure, has been instrumental in this teams good debut, by next year the bike and team must surely be ready for victories something, I don't think Troy is capable of producing anymore. He wont be short of offers for next year if the rumours are to be believed about the new teams entering next year. Or perhaps AMA as BSB could never afford him. As for Xaus, I was hoping (as I suspect were BMW) for many more demonstrations of his rarely seen brilliance...still waiting.

Bmw will not stay involved in superbike racing for very long, they just dont have the pedigree.I would say the same if Harly Davidson, vespa or bajaj announced they were entering. They should all stick to what they know and superbike racing is not it.
