Weather not looking good for Assen or Donington, but who knows. Racing will be great anyway and hopefully Jonathan will get another win or two :)

C'mon JR you can do it!!! :) :) :)
After the disappointment of Dani and co in Motogp, we Honda boys need you to fly the flag high.
I'm behind you all the way

Since when does 'deserving it' got to do anything with winning the Championship?

I'm sure alot of other people would think differently. If it was based on sheer determination and skill, then I definitely would say no. The Ducatti is the only thing keeping him up there. Consitancy in the machine only. The man though himself is no match for Spies. Individually, no one on the grid is a match at this point. When Yamaha get's the bike sorted out, Spies is going to make the rest look less than regular, as he has on number of occassions. I hope the weekend bodes well for Rea, maybe he'll keep taking points off the Ducattis', Ducatti has an unfair advantage and need a more disapointmnt

The bit about 'deserving' not buttering a whole lot of parsnips is true.

The rest of it would be a more convincing argument if Nori Haga hadn't performed so bludy well on last year's much harder to set up Yamaha.

Its at least as valid to argue 'IF Haga was on the Yam this year Spies wouldn't get a look in'.
Now I'm not sure that's true.
But the point is, its unknowable
- just like the statement 'If he wasn't on the Ducati...'.

Haga has had more than his fair share of chances to win the title in the past, he's just been too inconsistent.
If he doesn't win it this year, he should give up.

The guy who is leading the championship at the half way point should give up if he doesn't win it?

Yeah right.

Its not just Spies on his sometimes excellent sometimes erratic Yamaha he's leading is it?
