Not everyone can win - especially in a field of 30 riders. It certainly looked as you couldn't win unless riding a Factory Yamaha or Xerox Ducati. Hopefully now TK have Ohlins they will be able to resolve their chronic chatter problem. It's a shame Suzuki couldn't dial in any rear grip early in the season and lost their number 1 rider - this has made the championship much less competitive than I expected and made it a straight shoot-out between Spies, haga and Fabrizio. As Checa says getting the small details right has become very important.

All the Ten Kate riders struggled at the start of the year but now that they're feeling more confident with their set-ups they're making amends. I'm surprised that a 2nd place is brushed aside as though it doesn't count, afterall, isn't it one off a win? Carlos works hard and the results are starting to come in. I don't think we should ignore what he did last year either (and no, i'm not talking about taking Neukirchner down :p). He's definitely not past it, and hopefully you meanies will start to realise that soon :).

Did someone mention contract time Carlos ? Is that where the fighting talk comes from it was nowhere to be found earlier in the season . Feeling the pressure are we ?

Andrew you're right 1st rule is beat your teammate.

His second at Miller was a loooonng way from 1st if my memory serves me correctly.

He and Ten Kate have a long way to go before they can battle Spies and Haga for the top step consistently. Fabs seems to be the only other rider to be close in most of the races. Though maybe with Nori being injured they can get closer to him until he's properly healed.

Man, now I have to get used to seeing the TK bikes with gold forks instead of the SILVER WP units.
I had this same problem when Suzuki GP went from the sano-looking KYB suspension to Ohlins.

So, will the Ohlins get rid of the chatter?? If it does, then someone needs to tell Colin Edwards their settings, as he ALWAYS has chatter...

It is not the suspension, or the riders.

The past champions were caught with their pants down.

Spies brought a new level of competition to the field and left everyone smelling their own farts (except for Haga and maybe Fabrizio).

Why do people call Carlos 'Chuckers'? He doesn't strike me as much of a crasher, not like De Puniet and De Angelis (having said that De Puniet isn't crashing so much now).
