Rea really took it to Fabrizio on his last few laps. I'm pretty sure Fabrizio was in the pits when Rea put in his first flyer. At 14 seconds remaining Fabrizio was shown doing a 2'05 lap (scrubbing the tires) and then came out swinging for his last effort. Too bad, for him, that Rea went faster still. LOL

Very impressive - well done Rea.

Hopkins in front of Haslam??? This could get interesting.

Wierd seeing Biaggi struggling since he must know the circuit well. Nakano more than 1/2 sec quicker.

Interesting to see who is showing off and who is keeping cards close.. bravo Johnny! let's hope it will not be a 2-way race on a race day. Championship will be decided at Imola

Good on Johnny!

To have Xaus so close to Spies is sketchy at best. I have the feeling Elbowz is going to demoralize Michele come race day.

Hope Haga is healing up, and hats off to Hopper.

Hope this translates to races as it will be better to see other race winners instead of Spies. I'd like to see 3-4 or more racers swapping the lead until the checkered flag with different winners at each race. Probably won't happen but it would make the races more interesting.

Hope Haga gets better and hope that Biaggi can get back up to the front.

Rea over a second faster than Checa and Kiyonari? Wonder who his new teammates will be next year..

Awful day for Neukircher - 4 broken vertebrae, out for the rest of the year. Sad news.

Nice to see Hopper and Rea doing well.

On the other side of things Biaggi and Spies are surely setting their bikes for the race weekend and not for a fast lap to impress us and the press. Aprilia and Yamaha are already making the go fast parts for the race based on the feedback. By the time the flag drops these numbers will be squashed.
