Well done taking Aprilia's V4 to its first win, but I was dissappointed in the 2nd race when he closed up on Spies very quickly near the end of the race and failed to take the lead. Needs to be more aggressive and turn the bike faster. If you were watching and comparing the way Spies and Biaggi turn their bikes, Biaggi is very slow and that is a problem, cause turns are where the overtaking places are.

Ben was is strong on the brakes and didn't leave the door open anywhere. Plus the R1 is eveidently quite quick off the turns. Biaggi was able to pull alongside Fabrizio without much trouble but couldn't outdrag Ben.

max was making up all the time through smoothness and corner speed. so he wasnt braking late, plus that aprillia doesnt have the kick out of the turns like the yam or duke.

tho saying that i think he was waiting til the last lap, but spies didnt a brilliant job.

the top 3 all did. great race

All those disagreements appear to be getting to The Morgue :). Once Max passed Fabrizio in race 2 he was able to pull away and challange Spies for the win. One of the problems with Max is that he is so smooth and almost inch perfect every lap, this makes it hard for him to pass unless the rider in front moves off line, however if max had managed to pass Spies, he would have pulled away the same as he had done with Fabrizio

Stunning weekend from Max and totally deserved after all the effort that has been put in by him and the Aprilia team.

To be able to leave Nakano for dead this season it just proof that on his day Max is STILL a threat for anyone.

Go Max and WELL DONE!
