After slagging Fab. yesterday, mostly to wind fan up, gotta say congrats on 1st pole, especially on a Duke at Imola.
He's improved beyond measure this year, 3rd in the championship is a fact.
I hope we get some fairing bashing and close finishes tomorrow. No whining or politics..just racing.

I just can't picture two races in a row, in Italy, on Italian bikes, Fab being Italian, with Haga needing help, that Fab doesn't do something stupid to Spies.

Fab is a ham and in front of an Italian crowd he knows he will be forgiven. The world knows this, let's just say it plain.

Spies needs to just get clear of Fab. Forget Haga.

It's been an excellent season.

6 Races to go and the Title is not yet determined.

There are a number of guys out there that can win these races.

That's exactly what the paddock should be like.

Congrats to Fab.
Getting his 1st Pole on a Duc in Italy is perfect.

Interesting point Mr Pessimist

If he skittles The Ben's bike out from under him - in his own inimitable style which we've come to know and, err, wonder about at times - will he get a race ban?

Just think it might be worth the organisers mentioning it to him like :p

He did quite a self-less job acting as wingman/minder for Bayliss late in the season last year which saw Fab going down, fortunately alone, having pushed well beyond what his tyres would allow.
