So if Fabrzio had given nori the 5 points from before and the let Nori go easy this could of been a title for Nori..Well done Spies anyway class act!!

Arrogant italian bell end.. I'm sorry that you should have been a better sportsman. I'm probably sure that there is a word in the english language called "Team-work"... although based on your TV interviews, I believe you have difficulty understanding that Michel?

I hate having to see haga be the "nearly-man" for yet another year since he's be sensational to watch. Got to give it to Ben though! Bloody great season to Ben, wish you all the best in GP's. Better luck next year to Nori... Fabrizio... I think your mechanic's reactions told the story.. don't think you're wanted in the Factory Ducati team!

Had Fabrizio not robbed Spies of the 25 points in Brno and Haga wouldn't even be in contention for the title after he binned it during the 1st race at Portimao.

Indeed, Fabrizio really did screw Haga. *rolls eyes*

Haga lost the title because he kept on crashing and not by any action by Michel. Funny thing you mention "team-work", because as I recall Fabrizio did a bang up job pretty much all season long finishing up front consistently, taking points away from Haga's rivals unlike Spies, who could never count on Sykes for anything.

Seriously, you Haga fans need to take the blinders off and see reality as it is -- Haga lost the title (yet again) because he kept crashing all year long (yet again), and because Spies was consistently better on arguably inferior machinery and no help at all from his team mate.

Both of them, Ducati and Fabrizio, lost him the title. ****ers. No professional team would have allowed it. Sack both of them and give Shakey a job.

Would Haga relish the title if he had won it, knowing Fabrizio had slowed down twice to let him win. Or would he rather win it with his own merit. Had he not crashed in the first of todays races, he would be champion now. The blame lies squarely at Haga s door, no-one elses.

Yep, it was entirely Haga's own fault he went down with 'flu when he needed maximum fitness and judgement?

Every damn rider in the series made mistakes at some point, including Ben Spies.
I'm not criticising Spies - his achievement is incredible and totally unprecedented.
But to flak Haga for a very credible season's racing is just petty.

And Michel Fabrizio, he was erratic at times and he took others down which made it worse. On the other hand when not screwing up he's also matured as a rider and ridden better than any previous season.
Next season *don't* discount the Bologna Bog-Brush.
