Are you serious!? Moto 2 was lapping slower than the 250s this year! Spies would have regularly qualified for the GP grid with his lap times on the R1. Moto2 faster than SBK? Not likely....

Although yes, it would be embarassing.

My money is on Crutchlow/Rea for the test.

Toseland, while being consistently outclassed in MotoGP, remains a great Superbike rider. I know many like the newer faces such as Rea and Crutchlow, but Toseland will demonstrate why he is a two-time champion in the series.

Not so straightforward to compare Moto2 & supersport times as the Moto2 bikes won't have their proper engines till next year and they are running 'dummy' engines in various states of tune at the mo dependent on how much money a team wants to spend on chassis development with an engine at a power level comparible with what they should actually be receiving....though at the moment the 150hp promised by Honda seems to be an elusive target without the engines grenading themselves.... :)
