I hate Suzuki but love Haslam.

JT is doing ok. Good.

The aprilias do not fail to impress me.

It'd be good if the Ducs were present, just to compare numbers.

I'll try not to get too exited. I know it is only practice. :p

Thoughts too...

I love SUZUKI and love LEON impressive time !
JT is doing great for his comeback
Aprilia and BIAGGI as usual in front too

Disapointing german Hero, the same best time as Hoffmann , old german one...

Ducs are always not necessary to test

I'm exited !

Leon rode well today as did most of them. His times were good and he looked confortable

Max was fast and consistant, and so was Cal and Johnny

I hear though that Johnny and Cal saved there good tyres until tomorrow. The guys at the top all used a least one of there good tyre allocation today.

Lets see what happens tomorrow .

Good effort from Haslam based on Wayne Gardner's comments that the Suzuki was far from the best of the current crop of supers when he tested them all at Portimao. Well Worth a watch

and to all the Max fans that think he's doing wonderful things it begs the question is he still underperforming?

Interesting first day times, though not necessarily a good form guide. Neither Rea nor Crutchlow used the latest spec Pirellis, and Crutchlow apparently spent most of the day adjusting seat, bars, etc. I'd expect those two to be pushing for the top spot tomorrow.

Good to see Haslam still so confident on the Suzuki. And Max is again showing he could be a genuine contender. (Be nice to see Camier get a bit nearer his pace.)

Just watched it thanks, and yes certainly worth a watch, do you know is he still quick for an old un, as some jouno's talk the talk but cant really walk the walk as they say. I obviously know his history and he still blitzes goodwood usually, but are his lap times still respectable.

spiesssssss19,Damo,Jimmy.Yamapimp,999,what no comment.

Biaggi and Rae provide the standard, maybe the Duc's could have been a little faster, but.

Looking forward to tomorrow's times with a little more rubber down and the riders trying to stamp authority.
