Don't know what happened with Lavilla, but I'm very happy for Tamada! Last year he was so incredible unlucky.....

And now he's back on a Honda. Wish him the best of luck

Would like to see Chris Walker on the 2nd bike!!! Anyone heard what rides are on the table for him?

Good luck Makoto, hugely talented rider and could cause a few upsets with the favourites.

Not good enough i'm afraid. Yes he was unlucky last year, carried injuries, Kwak wasn't brilliant but he's never going to get to the front looking at the full WSBK lineup.

Yes he did once beat Rossi. Point is he was on the super sticky Bridgestone when every1 else was stuck on the Michelins. He won at MotoGP cause he had the stickiest tyres, like Kiyo in BSB a few years ago. Put these lads on a standard Pirelli and you see the real talented riders up at the sharp end!

While I'm not sure if it is a full season deal, Lavilla will be competing in the World Endurance Championship with Yamaha France. As I say, not sure if it's just the blue riband events or a full season though

I thought Tamada had called it a day on the world scene. He was embarrassed by the 2 wildcard riders last year after they put up decent results from the off when he couldn't do it after a couple of years on the Kawasaki. He has been injuried both physically and mentally. Maybe getting in a new team will be good for him and he can turn it around. This is the guy who beat both Bayliss and Edwards in WSBK during their hayday along with taking on Rossi in GP's when riding on Bridgestones wasn't the best. Good luck to him.
