How many more times does the same thing need saying... "Its...just...testing!!"
It's not a friggin race. Peoples times were all over the place, plus it may have still been slightly damp at start of the session, but the likes of Haslam and Rea who are trying to prove whose top dog already put in some flyers right at the end when the track was bone dry and some rubber was laid down.
The times could be due to all sorts of things. Byrne was doing 1.43.5's on Friday afternoon in the dry, but his times this morning show a best of 1.44.5 - he's probably still tinkering with the electrics and trying other stuff.

As has been said... "Its....only...testing". It's not just about out and out speed.

:p :p Tests, yes, but still an important moment for everybody to see what the winter work has given as positive or negative points. Seems for Suzuki a great step forward, Cal we comeno worries, ...Remember SPIES was always in front....during tests and what's happened after ?.... :) :)

It is only testing. But there are still those few who like to use the results to big up and put down certain riders and then say its only testing when they don't like what they see. and in these cases, one can't help but respond.
On that note i thought the Factory Dukes were supposed to be on top by yesterday ??? And man is leon flying,i guess his dad must have taken his place full time from the looks of it.
I say just enjoy the show its gonna be a great year. leave the handbags to the F1 and motogp guys. we are gonna witness a great years racing don't waste it bickering.
