WSBK » Ducati: Not the results we’d hoped for

Ducati Xerox hope a further test at Valencia this week will help them iron out some of the issues that arose from the first World Superbike test in Portugal.

It seems the team is still adapting to the new management, I dont think Ernesto has ignited the team's passion for the coming year thus far! Maybe some psychological hugs to the riders may be in order (especially Haga). I want to see the red team out there battling, we dont want our British boys to have it too easy!! :p

To be fair I don't think Nori likes this track, its unusual with all the blind crests/elevation changes and he's never gone well there. The next test will show his form better but I still think he's up against it with such a strong field of hungry young riders and improved machinery, last season was easier to deal with having only 2 real contenders.
His time may have passed.

I suspect that come race day in Phillip Island the Ducati's will be at or very close to the front.

With the lousy weather I really do not think we got even a decent idea of where the teams really are.

Hopefully the next test the weather will not have such a profound effect on testing.

With all the cat and mouse games being played out before the first race.
