Well if the bike is any good, Lanzi just might be a bit closer to the front guys than we think if he can get it all working right, as he shown in the past that he has got quite a bit of speed on the odd accasion.

Can someone with more inside info please tell me what has Lavilla done that not one of these teams knocks on his door?

Is it his pay demands?

What a shame to see him fade to the point of being forgotten just a few years after being BSB champion and with enough stamina to run at the front if given a decent ride.

The bike is not second rate, Regis showed that last year, as for the rider, he didn't shine on the factory bike so what will he do on a satellite bike? Lacks consistency, I agree with Raw Dawg, Lavilla or as I suggested McCoy, both have proven their consistency

Seems a shame that Greg has been overlooked the last few years, maybe he hasn't got a big enough bag of cash to tempt the team bosses out there.

Gregs words last week - I've reached an agreement with Yamaha GMT 94 to participate in the world endurance championship. My team mate David Checa and the team already won that championship so our goal will be to get it back again and for me will be a nice experience that hopefully I will enjoy it.

Short championship, only five races in Le Mans,Bol D'or, Suzuka, Albacete, Qatar, but that will keep me fit in case I get the call from the superbike again.

Don't know why he didn't get that call.
