Well done to Laverty. Both Ten Kate boys were struggling a lot with tyre wear issues and they couldn't quite solve it in time. Pirro looked to have as if he ran out of gas at one point when he no longer had any grip. Laverty's insistence on traction control may be paying him dividends in regards to tyre wear.

Kenan shouldn't really have done that mistake at the Honda hairpin in the original start. He's been racing supersports for a long time now. That really hurt his chances because he fell to the back and then crashed from oil trying to charge hard back up. Spare bike shouldn't have helped. Nevertheless it was his mistake. He wasn't happy with 3rd but I think he should be.

Oh, about that tyre incident in the press conference by the way. I think Laverty wasn't even gonna mention the tyres if Kenan hadn't complained. Surely Laverty wanted to put one back at Kenan.

His a$$ is still sore from the Miller incident maybe ? If you wanna say something, next time say it on the track Eugene.
