Rea is a much better rider than his results and standing in the c/ship portrays.
I am always concerned that Ten Kate have too much on their plate, with their riders in the other c/ships.
Keep at it Jonny, the results will come.

@ phil, rea sure is better than the results ,i know teams have issues,i just thought tk honda would have come to the line with something better, the yamaha have issues as well? but they have two new riders,so that can be understood a little easier, rea gave the team good results ,data from last year ,and was $hit hot fast through winter testing, loadsa data,he seems to be riding the wheels of it just to stay in touch? why was these new electonics not sorted sooner, sounds like there is a fk up in the team somewhere?? apart from rea last year ,they were pretty crap ?

The class has moved ahead of Reas ability. Always overated whislt occasionally entertaining he's way too reckless to pose a serious threat on serious kit.
The honda is a beaut look at it in BSB. I suspect we'll hear this from his fans(as last season) for ever more...

What a load of old rubbish the above post is. Rea soundly beat his vastly more experienced team-mates last year.
TK have some serious issues to contend with, sooner rather than later. Incidentally, Rea is fifth in the standings, his team-mate Max N is 17th, five points behind Tom Sykes.

It likes like Max N made a terrible mistake in the off season.

Max N has to feel like a complete dope for leaving Suzuki for TK. Haslam is leading and he is no where.

What's the saying?

The grass is not always greener on the other side? Yep. Quite fitting.....

The bike aint good, the honda has stacks and stacks of power, but all the base settings on the blade are crap... cant corner a $hit, then they have to use all these electrics to dampen things down to make it more rideable, and then ride the balls outta it!! Look at smooth as silk checa, near enough back of the field all last year... u stick him on a PRIVATE DUCATI (who havent got all the ducati data from last year at the race) and hes a front runner??!! Neuchicerner (bad spelling) quality top rider, nearly won valencia last year, and the year before... and he turns in 17th and 13th this year?? Summat not right there!!
:? :? :?

Max N didn't leave Alstare Suzuki of his own accord, he was shown the door.....a good decision it would appear as Haslam, along with Max B, is the class of the field at the mo.
And I agree, the Ten Kate Honda is a flawed machine, you would have thought they had the capability to have it sorted by now but somehow they don't seem to be as effective as they used to fact have they ever been that good in superbike? I know JT won a championship on their bike but it wasn't exactly a sweet piece of kit even back then.
