Who said motorcycle racing is for youngsters!
Max does the double for the second time this season and is the oldest guy on the grid!Great stuff.
Well chuffed to see the second oldest guy on the grid bringing home 3rd for BMW too, well done Troy.
Pity for Toseland crashing out of race 2 after a stirling effort in race 1.Felt sorry for Rea too having done the double last time and now crashing out of both races!
What a great effort from Sykesy as well!
Great to watch.I still hate that 1st corner at Monza though. No mater what they do to that chicane, its always going to throw up trouble.I would rather see it taken out altogether and have the track go straight on!

Good job Max! Italian rider, Italian bike, Italian sponsor (Italian tyres) and Italian leathers and helmet on an Italian race. Tutto Italiano! :)
Be the first Italian WSBK champion!

Also congratulations for Corser for posting the first WSBK podium for BMW, and for Sykes for finishing fifth with Kawasaki and holding off Nitro Nori.

I wanted Max to win the race, but not on the prize of Crutchlow's crash. At least, he is OK.

Wow, Crutchlow just sh!t out of luck right now! Suspension failure in Assen race 2, bust oil seal in race 2 here and a blow up in race 2. When are Yamaha gonna provide him with a bike that stays screwed together for a race? That was at least a 2nd place he had in the bag.

You couldn't have asked for much more from Biaggi. Pole Position and two race wins from the weekend is as good as it gets.

This must surely be where they start to feel the pressure. Both Haslam and Biaggi now know that they've got a championship to win, with Rea having a complete disaster as well as both the Yamahas in race 2 no-scoring, it blows a pretty huge points hole in between the top two and the rest of the field. Who's going to crack first?

Good job Biaggi...I thought James would do the thing in race 2 but this is racing right! Stuff happens. I feel for Cal..and BMW on the podium!! this is racing!! That has to feel good for Corser! since leaving Yamaha! good job can't say enough!! Rea?? s..t happens! Haslam for the WC crown! Come on Haga!! I miss you up front!! Fabrizio???!! WTF
Unpredictible season for sure! Loving it!

Cmon i dont want to see old biaggi winning the championship in his Motogp bike.. why cant the younger brits beat him? Haslam is my favorite, he did great races in the stiggy bike and now, well he is on the lead
Nice r1 for the yams also seems they guys finally got a grip on it
Rea is quite inconsistent, imo the honda isnt a title winning bike neither
bad weekend for checa also, as some one said seems Xerox swaped bikes with him

btw, wsbk is great
