I know there is a lot of talk about if/when Bayliss comes back. But if you put that talk to one side and look at the facts, Michel Fabrizio has only won 4 races and is in his third season as a Factory Ducati rider, that is just not good enough. Yes it's true that Noriyuki Haga's head might have gone west, but the fact is that IF he can pull himself together and string together some decent results he would have to be favourite to keep his ride, he won 8 races last year and 1 this year, that's a lot more then Michel in less time. The question is will Haga want to stay at Ducati if Bayliss comes back or would he retire or move to BMW? I'd love to see Troy and Nori in the same team, who wouldn't?

(Just to add to my comment above)
I'm not underestimating Ducati's want or need for a Italian rider to win the Championship, but i just don't think Michel has the consistency to challenge for the win week in week out, unless the bike is perfect and the tyres are right he kinda loses his way and struggles. Another option for Ducati would be starting again, dropping Nori and Michel and hiring two new riders. Bayliss, maybe.. If he comes back, but i think someone needs to take a chance on Eugene Laverty, the guy has all the quality's needed to be a top superbike rider, he stays cool and calm, he's consistent, intelligent and above all fast.

Can i ask you to look at. www.racewithsam.com

That first race was pretty impressive stuff by Fabrizio.Think Haga is on the way out of the Factory Ducati team regardless of a possible Bayliss comeback next year.Haga is a lost soul this season, very strange.
