Silly that the race is on Monday. I appreciate the use of the US holiday for such a great event, but its WORLD Superbike. Not too many others in the world on holiday Monday. Set your DVR's.

Our Memorial Day is set for the veterans who fought in past and present wars. We hold it special. And I'm glad that the World Superbike racers are making this year a even bigger event by racing on this day because we veteran follow the WSBK series closely. I just hope the race is exciting for for all to see.

I am american and I agree with Diesel. I live in california and Utah is only a short flight away, but I and my family were unable to attend this race due to its monday scheduling, as I would not we would not be back home in time for other commitments.

And, we still have Superpole today so it's not like they are not racing at all.

Seems a bit daft to me. If you want to respect the holiday, and thats fine, have no sports whatsoever on the Sunday.
