Well... As much as it pains me to say it, I think unless Shakey Byrne can pull something out of the bag in the races and turn things around for the remainder of the season, I can see him being on a one-way ticket back to BSB next year. Checa doing what he's doing on the other Althea Ducati is not helping Shakeys case one little bit.

Don't understand how Byrne was at the pointy end of practically every session, he led FP2 for most of it, but then only manages 11th or 12th or wherever he is...

My suspicion is he gambled on saving Quali's until SP3 and tried to get a tow from Biaggi on soft race rubber, but yet again it backfired. Lets hope he has good race pace for the races.

notice the aprillia team coming into play. Biaggi getting tow from camier to get his lap time down. Never seen it so obvious coming out the pit lane as it did!

Whatever works. There is no "I" in the word "team".

Important to start from the front just to aviod the carve ups in the 1st couple of corners. If you can stay out of trouble it will reward you in the longrun.

May be able to narrow the gap to Leon.

Checa has to be favourite if he keeps it on the road, he threw away the win at Valencia earlier.

I think it's damage limitation for Haslam this week, he should be strong at Misano but then it's Brno where Biaggi is very quick.
