Now I feel totally gutted for Checa. What a nice bloke and such misfortune... 50 points lost, what a huge amount. First mistake by Haslam and Biaggi leads, now it will be a tough mission for Leon to win the title...

btw that quick shot after Toseland's crash... was that his gf? If so, then I can honestly say superbikers have the most gorgeous babes in whole motorsport :) Michel's wife, Leon's Oli, Cal's gf...

It just goes to show, you can never tell! Who'd have bet on what happened today?! I have to say, Carlos took it pretty well. If the same thing had happened to me twice in the same day like that i'd be up for smashing my frustration out on some stuff. A bit of a nightmare for Haslam but Xmas and Birthday all at once for Biaggi. If i was a betting man I think i'd still bet on Haslam for the title as up to now he's generally been the quicker of the two of them.

The difference now maybe, up to now he was defending a championship lead. Not trying to make up a points deficit. The pressure must surely be on good and proper now.
