Horrible looking crash, I'm relieved that it wasn't even worse. A great shame to lose Joan and the Kawasaki from the title battle though, especially from Eugene - who else can realistically beat Kenan in a clean race?

Get well soon Joan... It wasn't his fault, he even saw Laverty coming towards him (which was blatant btw) and picked the bike up but Laverty still chopped him.

@Green Monster,

Lascorz was ahead of Laverty in the standings before silverstone, did you just think he was going to be some sort of mobile block ? He was quicker than anybody else in Magny-Cours last year, plus he got a mechanical failure while leading the race at Imola. If he hadn't got injured, Laverty would've been working for him rather than other way round.

All the best to you I hope you both get over your injuries soon Joan and Roberto that was a sickening accident you were involved in. Your injuries do sound nasty especially Joan,s but having seen the accident again they could have been a lot worse. Hope you are both up and about again soon lads

Shrieker, you are an idiot. Both riders headed for the same piece of track. There is no way Laverty could have seen him as he was clearly not in his field of view. In any case, Laverty is a good, clean rider who would never do what you have suggested.

If the blame of the accident is so clear then why are the race stewards not investigating and why has Lascorz's team not filed a complaint? Or do you know something that they don't?
