Poor Smrz. He spends more time by solving problems with his team / bike than by riding itself. I hoped he will stay with Aprilia next season, 1098 is a step backwards IMHO. Give him a proper bike and you'll see him go...

Good to hear there is a new team in 2011. Hopefully Smrz will get more support from Ducati in 2011 than he had at the start of this season when his bike was breaking down all the time.

Also, hoepfully Guandalini will field a rider or two. There could be a shortage of rides with Xerox Ducati leaving and Ten Kate rumoured to be down to a one rider team following loss of Hanspree sponsorship. Haga, Fabrizio, Toseland, Byrne and Neukirchner will all be scrabbling for a ride.

Fabrizio will almost certainly replace Xaus at BMW ... Tardozzi will see to that.
If Ten Kate is down to one, Rea is the man.
Melandri is going to Yamaha.
So that leaves Haga, Xaus, Toseland, Byrne & Neukirchner (plus any new ones) scrabbling around for the second Yamaha seat (my bet is Haga) and the second Althea Ducati.
My bet is Toseland and Byrne will both get the flick, and will end up looking for bearths in BSB in 2011.

Haga, Fabrizio, Toseland, Byrne and Neukirchner will all be scrabbling for a ride.

Er, Tardozzi won't have much say at BMW next year, if the rumour mill is to be believed. Word has it he's off to Yamaha to support Melandri. Good luck, though, to Jacob...he can be an exciting rider!
