So far a dismal grid and I don't see it changing much.1st nail in SBK's coffin was Rossi to Ducati and Xerox Ducati exit. This is all just common sense.
Twins of equal capacity cannot put down the same HP as fours. No compromise, and you Ducati hater's just got what you didn't wish for.
Vito just got re-elected at FIM meeting.Bye bye SBK.
Old story, carefull what you wish for,you might just get it.

ducati are only out short term due to the new rules in sbk. I'd imagine they will come along with a v4 1000 very similar to the engine they are banking on Rossi and burgess & co to develop for the gp 1000cc switch. ditching wsbk for a season gives them x amount of money to throw at development. wise move really. could do with a few more bikes on that grid though. gp sucks ass lately but Rossi coming good again might make an interesting two final races, providing he can qualify around Jorge.

Mystic Meg

I have heard that Cresent are going to run BMW's, the thought behind that was that if Suzuki fold their Motogp effort, then Paul Denning would run BMW's motogp effort in 2012.

Other rumours:

De Angelis has changed his mind about the TK WSB ride and will be in Moto2.
If that happens and TK get enough budget Josh Brookes will go to TK and Shane Byrne will take his seat at HM Plant alongside Kiyo.

JT with Badovini in BMW "B" team.

Re JT bringing sponsorship - where did that rumour come from - I don't think it's the case anymore other than the usual helmet, leathers etc and he changed some of those recently.

Re Neukirchner - Eurosport commented on Gresini, but that sounds unlikely - probably he will be in IDM next season.
