im amazed.

quite how he has got this ride is beyond me.

ill be interested to hear the reasoning for giving him the ride.

i predict he'll fall flat on his face several times.

he just cant cut it anymore.
i was shocked to hear shakey was in with a shout of this ride, but i think he'd do a far better job than xaus

the problem with Kiyonari is that he hasn't shown that he can cut it on the world scene. He is good(maybe even great) for a round or two and then absolutely nowhere the rest of the time. This is shocking because he dominates the BSB like he does. What's that his 3rd BSB title in what 6 years? So it's obvious he knows how to ride.

You're forgetting that Kiyonari had a chance and was found wanting somewhat. I didn't see this one coming though. Is he bringing money to the team? Are Ten Kate losing the Hansspree sponsorship for next year? I still think Xaus might still have the speed he's shown us in the past, if he can stay the right way up for long enough. Maybe a sorted bike is what he needs instead of a machine still in development?

Personally I would've like it better if it was Berger-Ten Kate & Xaus-Supersonic, but anyway.
I don't really see the point of Ten Kate signing him either, has to do better than Neukirchner at least.

honda has agreed to back ten kate again they must have paid a massive amount of money for all the damage and destroyed bikes that are coming ten kates way

I have to assume that TK will not be running WSS next year as they realeased both their pilots from their contracts and also assume that it was a choice of a one rider team with Rea or a two rider team with Xaus added - he must be bringing a lot of money to TK - there can't be any other explanation!

Sadly it looks like some good riders in both WSB and BSB will be without rides next year.

Can't understand why TK didn't take a chance on Loris Baz - unless it's all about money - I can't see Xaus challenging Rea or being able to help much with development as he has a very individual riding style.
