Nice and close - top 9 within 1 second, top 15 within 2 seconds.

Anyone else have trouble with the live timing? I couldn't get it to work and couldn't find the red button (worked fine last year) - any help gratefully received!

I know Smrz is regularly quick round a lap but this could be the first year for him with a really (enough budget for all year) competitive machinery. Watch out for him!

I had the timing on here and it worked fine. It's very tight at the top. All the sub 1'44 guys are within about 0.3! Smrz did his usual banzai lap right at the death. If only he could manage that over a race distance!

Smrtz Ducati at Portimao always fast.
Thought Toseland done ok today, running first time in the dry on the B string Beemer only 1 sec behind Rea,doesn't make him a winner but gives him a very good base to work off.
Laverty wow,Sykes sort of expected that.

Norge Woooooo.
he is looking like the real deal on the 1000.
i keep looking for reasons for him not to be that fast already, and i running out!!
The 2 wee lads from up the road are flying,
Sykes is going well to V happy for him and his team.
it must be great for them to have a bike with protentail. would make your job easer and make them want to work harder. go team green
