Can someone say what is wrong with this picture - why the spread of times.

JT is not quick, but then neither is his team mate and most seem to be way off the quickest pace...

Yes - it was wet and cold, but ended damp and cold. Biaggi and Laverty didn't bother coming out. Melandri only left the pit with 4 minutes to go. His out lap was 17 seconds off, but he managed to squeeze in another lap which took to a (slow) third place.

the times are a lot better in WSS - Ellison is going great guns so hopefully it will stay dry long enough for the Superbike boys to get some fast laps in and some meaningful testing - although I wouldn't hold my breath because it is forecast for showers.

Looks like it has stated to rain again. Brock Parkes was verry close to a dry race lap time, but now the times have went up ,and everybdy has went back to the pitts .

Don't worry too much about times, as it's a test to set bikes up and to try new things. it's not a race. some of the riders have new teams and bikes to gel with and it's no good throwing it down the road in wet or damp conditions.
