Good for Lanzi, the guy is a madman so this can be interesting. I hope he can put the past behind him, as he suffered a big mental blow when his father past away. Since then, it mostly went downwards.

What a joke!!! this cashed up 'tard' has done nothing & jumps in a seat again. Meanwhile, Glen Allerton is smashing the Australian Superbike championship on a BMW & doesnt get a phone call?? I've dedicated my professional life to this sport & I'm becoming more dishearted in it every year,, cash speak louder than talent. Perfect example.

Jake, Allerton needs to get out of Australia. Do what Staring, Brookes and even Waters did and just get out. BSB, WSTK, AMA(well maybe not AMA). He's not getting a seat 'cos no one see's him.

Lanzi got it 'cos he's Italian, simple. Plenty of BSB guys that could jump up and know the track but that's not how it works.

On his day Lanzi can be blisteringly fast, look at the 2nd place he got at Imola last year. Plus he knows the circuit so was an obvious choice and I hope he goes well.

Judging by his first rides for Ducati, Lanzi performs best as a guest rider, and when he's good, he's very very good. I wonder which Lanzi we will see this weekend, the one that rides like a god or the one that barely turns up. Either way, it's good to see him back.
