Well I'm not going to say anything nasty.
Cal is showing just how hard MotoGP really is, as is Rossi at the moment.
(And Elias too, for that matter).

The 2011 Yamaha is better than the 2010 bike, and JT has had his fair share of bad luck- it all adds up to showing that JT hasn't fallen apart at the seams as some may suggest.
Badovini is doing great things with the BMW- don't compare JT with that. Instead look at Haslam and Corser.
JT, just ride around and make it to the finish.
Worry about points later in the season...

@ Flossy1972,

Hear Hear....
Well said.

Far too many people on here that ride their armchairs. That supposedly makes them qualified to slate whom ever they wish!!!

Hope all the Brits have a great weekend. I'll be there all weekend and cannot wait. Hope JT's wrist is strong enough. He needs to seriously perform this weekend. My fingers are crossed for one...

Ratty, pot calling kettle?
(Although I doth my cap to your use of 'whom', nice to see correct grammar!).

We're all keyboard racers here...
I'm not ashamed of it.
Wish I had talent (and bravery) but instead I'm Mr Joe Average, and don't pretend to be any different!

Ratty and others,if its ok for you to show your support for Toesland why is it not ok for those of us who don't support him to comment. As for the poster who said not to compare him to his team mate , why not ? is his team mate not a direct comparisom. Used to enjoy watching Toesland race but in the last few years, even with factory equip, he has gone from bad to worse. He falls off way to much and seems to have lost his edge. just my opinion before the anti wombles start !!!!!!!!!!!!!

he must be compared to badovini. why wouldn't he be? that is his teammate.

this guy is mentally done. nothing wrong with him trying to continue to excell after winning 2 wsbk championships, but he maxxed out years ago. we all have limits.

If anyone questions JT's commitment to racing, have a look at dailymail.co.uk and search for toseland and there is a great story about how he's spent over £25k on extra surgery because he wasn't insured while testing. ok he can afford it but the desperation to get healthy again is immense. ok he's playing catch up now and has only one full race weekend behind him this season, but let's cut him some slack and let him get on with his comeback
