WSBK » de Puniet not ruling out Superbike switch

The Frenchman is setting his sights on a new deal with Pramac, or a return to LCR Honda for 2012, but is also considering Superbikes.

That's great, he's a fast rider at the top of his game, and nobody in MotoGP will give him a decent ride. In WSBK he'll get a decent ride, can enjoy the on track action and then the more relaxed friendly pits. MotoGP is just becoming too technical.

As a fan of both I'd love to see him on a Kwakka again (I await the disagrees), Except, I would not like it to be at the expense of Sykes. I believe the 2 together would be awesome.

A Kawasaki return to Motogp would be Ideal. The 2009 zx-rr looked amazing and went like the clappers.

How long is Aoyama's contract?

Rather than back to LCR (and Playboy!) why not go to Gresini?
Whilst there's nothing to suggest he'd get a factory spec bike like Marco Simoncelli, they do at least have factory links.
2 bike teams should be stronger than a lone LCR outfit, and with the developments into the 1000cc rules next year surely you want a team with the money, resources and connections?

Yep, Randy to Gresini would be a good move.

Emm Randy I think you can write off Pramac from your list, the other options (LCR, Tech 3, Gresini) would be okay. But I think LCR is the best options for him, he has built a great chemistry with them during the MotoGP and back in the 250cc days with them and the atmosphere inside that team is also good for him. But who knows if Herve Poncharal wants a french rider in his team?

Not many options...

- Pramac: NO. Future is bad. Where are all the Pramac riders from previous years?

- LCR: NO. They wanted Randy to leave last year. Why they would want him back now after poor results?

- Tech3: NO. If they would like to have French rider, hah, they would have hired him already last year. Did they?

@ Mauro.

I don't think Tech 3 have all the say in choosing their riders so even if they wanted Randy Yamaha might not want him.

I reckon he should go to WSBK. The Pramac team seems to eat riders.
