Give the bloke some credit, Checa is a top rider, and has clearly hit a purple patch in his long career. Carlos has the ability to be a race winner on any bike.

just goes to show that the extra 200cc is of benefit to ducati and thats why ducati does not race the 4cyl they made as it would then be a level playing field and thats why ducati has won so many many wsb races they have got cheating down to a fine art but saying that checca is a good rider like the man who comes in last will still be a better racer than i will ever be

Carlos once again fastest by a huge margin... Indicates someone(most probably Pirelli) favoring him(or the team) a lot... Both motoGP and WSBK turning boring..

I don't know what's up with you lot on here. Ducati are cheating, this is boring, wsbk is embarrasing. It's about time some of you so called race fans choose a different sport to follow, as there is no pleasing some folk. Has it never occured to you that seeing as the other Ducati riders are fighting just to finish in the top ten, that Carlos Checa just might have a little bit of talent !!!!!! Unbelievable

Ever though the other ducatis dont get any help from bologna?

checa might be a great rider. shame he never managed to produce this magic in the previous 20yrs of his motorcycling career!

Never mind the other average riders on a Ducati! Checa is a good rider with sole factory support this year! And it's showing! He's known since Australia he's got a bike capable of winning everywhere except Monza type tracks! He's got more&more confident as the seasons progressed and its now becoming almost boring to watch!

All credit to Checa, he's a class rider on a bike that suits him, but I'm a Sykes fan, and this looks like another chance for the grinner to get a podium. Go Tom!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe WSBK should go the same way as BSB. Have loads of races then when there are 7 races left, scrap the points & start all over again with just 6 riders with any real interest left in those races.
