They must be paying him lorry loads to stay on a bike like that,but then whats the alternative riding for HM plant,no stay where you are and pick up the money

Best bike in the paddock. Shame he is crashing it so much. Anyone can be fast on it. Special riders can win on it. Champions win championships. Rea is only 1 of the 3.

I think HRC2011 has lost the plot. Best bike in the paddock-certainly not and thats on the opinion of those in the know. Shame he crashes it so much-he does this as he is riding the wheels of it to try to be competative. Anyone can be fast on it- what happened to Checa, Xaus, Lowes et al! I think he has shown his talent enough without risking his career staying on this crap bike for next year and should have moved (like Checa) to a team/manufacturer who could provide him with the tools to do the job.

@DBL - There is very little that is new about the 2012 Fireblade - just switchable traction control - this was confirmed by an interview with Hondas European Head of Product Development printed in MCN a month ago.
