Leon Camier feels the second World Superbike race should have been stopped earlier as he loses out on a strong result with a fall moments before it was stopped.

Youtube "1993 World Superbike Osterreichring Race 2 Recap" and you will see similar if not worse conditions. They red flagged that at 2/3rds distance as well but back then everyone was asking why as the conditions hadn't changed much.

I agree with you, but nurburbring is one of the circuits where the grip is really low especially on that conditions so there is no doubt that this race was one of the most difficult in many riders career.
