Tamada is a shadow of his former self. I remember in MotoGP when he was hailed as the next world champion, then he just completely disappeared into obscurity.

Xaus is a serial crasher for the last few years and is definitely costing the team a lot of money.
But Kiyonari rarely even has the motivation to push these days and I think he's lacking something now.

@Fred, Makoto was awesome on Bridgstones, when Michelen was dominating, then he switched to Michelen in Moto Gp and he was never quite the threat he once was.
