Alstare should Run either a Yamaha or an MV.. the Yami due to its easy bike to get parts for and easier to develop and parts are cheaper but no factory support, though the MV would and should be supported by the factory .. and as far as the rider goes, any one fast that is proven.. ex.. Fabrizio, Ellison, Camier, Sykes, Rapp, Laverty Bro's, Scassa, Davies, etc.. guys that want to win or guys that are capable of winning or getting good results and know how to develop a bike..

Batta has stated clearly that he will not switch to any other JAPANESE manufacturer and would stay with Suzuki as his preferred choice. The clue is in the word Japanese he does not say he will not switch manufacturer just that he will not go to another Japanese manufacturer.

Batta is close personal friends with the MD of MV Agusta and it has been widely reported in Italian media that Batta has been offered first refusal of a full factory backed 2 bike MV squad.

If anybody else built a 750 Sport bike I would ditch my GSXR in a second.. They're really starting to embarass their owners aren't they. If I buy their product that they claim "Own the racetrack" then they better damn well try to prove it. I don't even care if they win or not but at least try for Gods Sake!!

Hopper should run, not walk from this disaster.. Yeah they're fine and good on the club and national level but they can't do anything lately on any world stage. It feels like they don't even want to be there let alone try to win. This is Hopper's last real crack at it and I know he want's to be loyal but he needs to give himself the best chance to win and sadly it's not on a Suzuki... Corser and Roberts success was a long long long time ago....
