Even without the injuies its a small field compared to WSBKs glory days. Hopefully the new owners will sort the rules out and return WSBK to its production racing roots rather than the overly expensive try-hard GP imitation it has become.

Agreed Stavros.

Hopefully the organisers will be closely monitoring the 2012 BSB rules which have been introduced to reduce costs - spec ECU, supersport tune, superbike chassis, no traction control, launch control etc.
