With Melandri heading to BMW and Laverty tipped for a switch to Aprilia, it remains to be seen if Yamaha will return in some form next season.

motogp looking unden funded yeah right what a fools statement.Yamahas Motogp effort is the biggest and best run.Yamaha spent more in the last 10 years then any other team.Forget about the Honda clique dribble

Oh how i would like to see Nori back on a Yam, doubt it will happen though.
Given that the Italia team wont be fronting it anymore what are people's thought's on Tommy moving back into WSB with the Swan Yamaha team? His current bike will not be allowed in BSB next year due to it going EVO so it might make good sense to do this.
They run a good outfit so would seem a natural choice if the funding were there to do so.

unfortunately those "rossi filled" coffers at yamaha are as finite as oil found in the ground. this 11th hour pull out is evidence of what i've been saying. without a main sponsor defraying some of the costs or customers coming off the dime and buying their product...? cash invariably runs out. there is no magic... only economics.
