Was watching replays of an early 2000's race at Laguna Seca,

HE WAS MENTAL!!! Dicing with Troy Corser and Bayliss. Was a complete kamikazi ppilot! Wish we could see racing like that again!

aeventures, you are not wrong, he was rumoured to be demanding more than a million from Yamaha at the end of 2008. There were reports at the time that Stoner didn't get that.

no way, when you give a bad bike to a superb rider, finally result a deception and also people go to bite his neck, well, last year Haga,s bike was bad, and last year Corser,s bike was bad too, if some one would bet for a championship, take a good bike and give to someone of this 2 to win the champ, at least to fight for it, i think he still ask why the last year the bike was soo bad, men, and only wants competitive options, not only for money,

@Cubikrube
I was thinking that too about Haga JR. If he have something from his father in next few years we will see old Haga in the pits and the young one on the track goin on with the show...

Seems a real shock not to have Nitro Nori in the line up!! I am quite surprised though at the amount of people who see fit to slag him off!! Nori Haga is one of the best W.S.B. riders ever and he has given lots of excitement over the years! His superb skills and unique riding style has always been absolutely great to watch! All you so called "fans" should be ashamed of yourselves - he will be sadly missed!!

Kodster ya lately some M1 tech were incorporated into R1 and even sometimes M1 benefitted something from engine mods in WSBK-R1. Also its the R1 which created the M1 since R1 was already there in the 90s and the CBR-750,1000s,zx-750,10R even before their motogp counterparts were not born and motogp was racing 500cc 2stroke bikes.
And still the R1 should affect the sales of productn R1 more since prototype is prototype and is virtual. Nothing what we drive.

Happy to c 24riders but some of them are not upto the mark like Mercado, Rosa n even Salom to some extent.
