"It looks like our base setting is pretty good. This is the third or fourth race circuit, in a wide range of temperatures, that it has worked at" - Tom Sykes.

Hopefully...but do not get carried away based on the tests. Some teams may not be showing their cards yet. I say if he ends up 3rd or 4th in both dry races, that will be a terrific start of the season for Team Green.

I think the teams know more than we do, and from what I can see, Provec have put a lot of work into making Tom's tyres last. I think the ride by wire and the new management will also help there.

All speculation until we see the first race, but here's hoping for the best!!!

If we could rely on this test as a true reflection of everyone's capabilities for the race, then yes. Wouldn't it be great if Sykes and Lascorz ran near the front next weekend? Now that would throw a cat among the pigeons and improve Kawasaki's reputation!

I agree, but I do think (Largely thanks to Sykes' achievements) that Kawasaki's rep has increased (However mildly), let's hope him and Joan can blow it through the roof.

And a definite cat amongst the pigeons if it happens!!!

would love nothing better than to see tom win a few,and he might yet,but hes not known for finishing a race strongly,it was always put down to tyres, but he did not win many in bsb either, time will tell with a fast team mate, what ever appened to cris madonna anyhow
