continued...

whitheram as a former racer has the view two strokes really teach young riders how to race and set up a bike and bemoans the fact they are no longer included like they used to be as a top category...

max forced the mistake from carlos with some tenacious riding early on.

proud of u max -well done..... don't blow the advantage in race 2, keep a level head.

"even whitheram and barnacle"

"whitheram as a former racer... "

It's Jamie WHITHAM! If you wanna quote him, get the guy's name right! Jack BURNICLE would probably appreciate it too!

@ macks

get a sense of humour -of course i know they're real names...

sounds like a touch of sore loser syndrome to me... people like u don't really care about giving credit to riders when it's due, and there were many rides worthy of merit today.

"whitheram" and "barnacle" routinely take the p*ss of max and other riders in a fun sense and i doubt they really care about my forum nickmames for them, especially as most of the time i really enjoy their non politically correct commentary which is entertaining and knowledgable.

lighten up a tad.

Great racing, thoroughly enjoyed and I think Guinters and Sykes get a big thumbs up from me !!
The more important aspect for me though is to see just how superior that Aprilia is and what we can expect from their 'semi factory' effort supplying bikes in motogp....absolutely inspired Aprilia ! They lose a fortune coining $1.4M for every 250cc leased factory bike but come up with having all the development costs paid for the RSV4 by flogging what they actually intended to race themselves in motogp...and they'll still get the credit ! I've always liked Aprilia, since my days fettling an RS250..
@Roman EmpeRSV4: How on earth does a non signed up forum poster manage twice the character count as the likes of myself...comically large that 'novel' was :)

@dean

yes i have typed alot in recent days i admit. sorry about that 80)

partly because i couldn't be bothered to post for many months and what with the anticipation myself and everyone else has (non max fans included) of race 1 i thought i'd let flow a bit more with some postings.

hopefully a few valid comments in there, huh? maybe not u say -nevermind.....

interesting i have never shouted in block capitals at anyone on this forum or called them names, but no doubt i'll be receiving some more abuse if not only for being a max fan let alone daring to have a bit of light hearted fun.

i shall don formal evening wear and address courteously mr jamie whitham and mr jack burnicle if a more "retentive" style and stiff tone of voice is preferred on this forum.

good evening

@ inspeedwetrust

how can u be a race fan? in max's words "carlos was riding well when it SUDDENLY highsided" for checa to escape serious injury is a blessing. without a competetive checa you can kiss good by to a decent championship and hand max the trophy now.

ummm crash, i see u have edited the postings from "macks biaji" unnecessarily insulting me over some of my comments which were written in a humourous tone and not directed at him .

i did express my annoyance to him in a couple of lines which has also been removed. he seemed to have got the wrong end of the stick.

no swearing from either of us.

this makes less clear what i'm responding to in some of my subsequent comments.

most posters use the "****" button anyway to imply an expletive
which u usually leave. anyway, moving on.....

@ dean

interesting what u say about aprilia and i read at gpone there seems to be inevitably perhaps some resentment between aprilia and ducati as they each accuse each other of having an unfair advantage :0) in a literal battle for power.

i don't think max or carlos have any antagonistic feelings toward each other as they appear to get on fine from what i see and read and only ride what they are given, leaving the politics and sales wars to their respective employers.

the new rsv4 ad with laverty and max clasping hands made me chuckle -i wonder how long this'll last!
