Amazing to see Sykes up there at the sharp end and he genuinely has the bike and the ability to be there all season for chance. Also Kawasaki seems to be getting behind Tom. For a long time they never wanted him and he was Paul Birds man, with them wanting someone else in. Well he's now consistently fast and beating his team mate. When was a Kawasaki last time top 3 in the championship? Great for the manufacturer and the championship giving a change from the Aprillia's, Ducati's and Yams up the front from the last few years.

Do they run a different track layout than MotoGP? Moto2 record is down in the 153's, Stoner did a 148, and 125cc lists record as 159.222. This sounds like a bit much to me.

So, to everyone (Constantinos, WSBKisthereal etc.) who were giving thios man so much stick last year and 2010, when his and Kawasaki's fans were standing by them, WHAT YOU GOT TO SAY NOW?!?!

Sykes sitting third after one of their worst tracks, setting a time almost a second faster than the rest, he is looking SCORCHING!!! Lascorze also up there. This bike is quick, the riders are quick. Could Sykes be the next riders champ for Kawasaki? I hope so.

@ mch

Yes, they run a longer back straight that leads to a hairpin at the end then a right - left to the start finish as opposed to the left - left off the shorter track for MotoGP.

Dominates at Aragon, woop de doo whats the bets he wont dominate the race.

He's now consistantly prooved yes he's a good lad/rider but will unfortunately NEVER win a world championship, maybe now with the extra WSBK experienced he might be good enough now to keep it together and not choke in British.

Underdog etc etc what are you talking about, he's had all the chances, never been an underdog in any class, always well backed and always on good kit. Gotta love your blind support.

Dont get me wrong he can be very very fast when he pushes over a lap we saw that in the UK just not a championship winner or regular race winner in Worlds IMO
