Tom Sykes has to be the man of the day, he rode two flawless races only let down by tyre degradation but I'm sure he will master that in the next few races. He has matured into a great racer after the last year. Haslam warrants a mention too, rode his heart out in the 2nd race. Big up for all the Brits.

Tom Sykes, absolutely man of the weekend. Good ride from Checa, I don't want to take his two victories away from him but he made it look way too easy on the Ducati.

Carlos Checa with calm, tactical riding and briliant wins. You can say he has the best bike (which is the same as last year with 6kg extra), but where are the other Ducatis?

I would never leave out Tom Sykes, it was his best ever weekend with two seconds, if he continue this way he will get his first victory very soon. Also good performance from Haslam, I think it was the first time BMW got a double podium. He had spectacular battles with Biaggi. This two British will be major forces this year.
I would not forget Lorenzo Zanetti in the first race (it's a shame he fell back in the last few laps) and Rea's comeback in the second.
