This is the only way I know..In the mighty name of JESUS, Father i pray that you heal my brother Juan from the crown of his head to the soles of his feet, that you put back in order all that Juan needs to walk, ride and function as he once did with no further disabilities to hinder him in all that he does..and for all my brothers and sister that ride I send forth an Angel to clear your paths, that no hurt harm or danger comes nigh thee in JESUS NAME AMEN.....

Hoping he gets better. Realistically though I fear the worst.

Surprised to see there are so many religaloons on this site though.

Why do they always feel the need to wave their childish beliefs in everyone's face....

Sorry Dan the Man - I'm not into religion at all but I find your comments insulting when someone has Joan's best interests at heart and decides to show it in the best way they know how at a such a sad time for genuine race fans. Get well soon Joan.....

Gents, i think a little sensitivity at such a challenging time for all Joan's family, friends and supporters is the most dignified way.

Let's all hope and pray he recovers fully - everyone is rooting for you my man.

My sincere best wishes to you, your family and the doctors treating you, we are relying on medicine and faith!

I'm sorry if my opinion offends you but I think religious beliefs are something private and should be kept that way.

Why is it ok for someone to mention their beliefs but not ok for me to voice what I beleive in or lack there of?

What makes what they think trump what I think and why should I give special dispensation to religion?

I think that saying you're praying for some one amounts to saying your not going to do nothing for them.

Please stop wasting your and everyone else's time. If you want to actually do something for him then try to raise some money to fund the research that might cure him (possibly) and others like him.
