Guintoli for me. Kept his head throughout and delivered strong results in wet and (nearly) dry.

Impressive recovery from Biaggi too. And a special mention for JR's gritty effort in Race 2 while carrying an injury.

I voted for Guintoli, as did over 50 percent of the cats who expressed a preference. but many others deserve special mention. Smrz used to be a qually specialist but he is now translating it into speed and consistency over a race distance. Haslam ragging the BMW to the head of the field. Sykes for being a breath of fresh air to the series. Rea for sheer grit and never-give-up. Laverty for showing Max the way home.
And a special mention for Neil Hodgson for talking sense in a clear and concise voice, unlike "yes, no, ah meen, obvsly" mumbling James Hayden.

Sylvain was definitely rider of the day, but special mentions to Rea and a host of other riders that look like they're getting used to their rides - like Davies, Smrz, Laverty, Giugliano et

Can't believe no one has mentioned Lanzi yet though - what a superb ride. Think his last win was after Checa kamikazeed Neukirchner and he took the win ahead of Bayliss?

Laverty for me. Starting from 14th and getting 5th in horrendous conditions and then a podium in race 2. Well ridden and hope he can do it again at Monza like in 2011.
