David Salom reportedly turns down an offer from Kawasaki Racing to replace Joan Lascorz out of loyalty for his current Pedercini team.

Colin Edwards is wasting the few years he has left in racing riding/developing a turd in motogp. Not only would he be fast from the word go but he would spice things even more this year.

That turd that Edwards is developing is assisting with the developement of one of your beloved SBK teams. They are finding things out that in 3 years with one of the supposed best developement rider haven't, something simple like an engine mount too high.
The BMW SBK team are even waiting for the developement of electronics before they change , Melandri's words.
Add to the fact that he probably earns 5 times more where he is, he even said that his helmet deal is worth that to what he would get in WSB.

I guess they could, but previously he really battled with the 1000, so I guess they'd prefer to keep him in the WSS hunt.
