no way a satellite, restricted, long engine'd bike that makes no pretenses towards being "mass centralized", and uses an inconsistent trellis and single sided swingarm set pole at MONZA...? :-o WTF

I don't like this "wet Superpole" format, the three-part version is much better. I don't know who and why invented it.

About the results: Ducati pole position in Monza? Checa in the fourth row? I hope now he doesn't think top 6 will be like a win.

I hope that tomorrow it will not be raining, nevetheless it doesn't matter since Marco is fast on dry and wet I am happy. Hovewer I feel sorry for Leon, for some reason he was so slow.

Excellent job by Melandri to get on the front row--bodes well for plenty of TV time of his (spectacular) missus in the garage.

P4 for Checa gives him a decent chance to slipstream along with the leaders and salvage some good results.
