For those that don't know Jake- he's a journeyman that has spent most of his life on privateer bikes. He had good seasons riding the Ferracci MV, Jordan Suzuki and Corona Honda. He's an excellent rider that should easily be in the top ten woth the right equipment. The question is: Is Grillini the right equipment? Let's hope so. Jake deserves the recognition.

@RocketR1

I think they should keep Hopkins on the bench until he heals fully and give Young a turn on the Crescent. Kid would give it all on a track he knows well.

@WR86
Totally agree,Young is a good rider,I sometimes don't like his attatude but the guy has talent,there are a few good Riders in AMA that I would like to see in WSBK.. Herrin,Hayes,Young and fillmore are standouts that I think would do well.

Jake can be very fast. I can remember Ben Spies skipping the Laguna Seca Superstock round and saying I wouldn't want to be racing Jake today. If they get the bike right, he will be a surprise factor.

Blake Young had his chance in WSBK (Donington 2009) and didn't live up to the standard. I dont expect this guy to make any impact as well.
