'At Donington we lost ground in the classification and so definitely need a strong weekend now' - Carlos Checa

I, as always, would LOVE for Sykes to win and get the double.

BUT, this is Carlos' track. He has 2 double wins and a second in 4 appearances (That would've been 3 double wins, had it not been for a double bike failure while in the lead in both races in 2010).

He's simply brilliant here. But I AM SCREAMING TEAM GREEN ALL THE WAY!!!

GO TOM!!!!

True rhis one of Checa,s best racks, but Sykes and the Kwak have really improved since there last visit, and i now believe grinner will take it to Checa this time around, fingers crossed.

I take it you are fan of green meanie's then.

watching the beemer. if it actually does well here then the bike has truly been improved. miller's been tough on them since day 1. gonna be even tougher for ducati breathing thru a crazy straw at altitude carrying +6. if i were checa, i'd shoot for double podiums just to get back in the game.

I don't think there's any doubt I'm a Kwikasfukki fan! :D
My first bike was a green (silver) meanie and I've loved the brand for years.

Then this Sykes guy started riding for them and making things happen, and one couldn't help but notice how humble he is. It's a nice teaming and I am happy the support of Kawasaki's (and Tom's) fans has paid off.

And I hope you're right. Last year we saw Tom have a great battle with Rea. And this year they are just SOOOO much stronger.

GO TEAM GREEN!

@Nick636:

Nick, you have the right attitude with regards to being a fan, not over blown or aggressive like some posters can be, and it's great that people are slowly seeing that Grinner is now a legitimate title contender.

Looks like the greens are going to be in power.

I agree fully Oz.

Was feeling nostalgic now, so googled some vids of the '09 ZX-RR GP bike.. I wish that plan had gone ahead. I think the season could have been a lot better for Melandri had the factory backing stayed...

Here's hoping, IF Tom takes the title that we maybe, JUST MAYBE, get to see a new, 1000cc ZX-RR machine. Maybe even with Tom on it. The 2009 was GOOOOOORGEOUS!!!! I think it was the best looking 800 by a LONG way.

Please don't hate me for airing my friday daydreams...

I won't lie, I get rather revved up when people make retarded comments just to knock a rider/team/poster..

But I feel everyone is drawn to a brand/team/rider by something and they should support them for that. Not just follow whomever looks like the hot topic that year. Where's the satisfaction in that? The lowest lows make the highs seem that much higher.
